Body focused psychology is a holistic mind/body approach that helps you draw on the intelligence of your body for personal growth, transformation, and healing
By utilizing a combination of body focused therapies; such as breathwork, expressive movement, sensory awareness, even guided imagery, I will help you find ways to understand and respond to the messages of your body. Developing this understanding is critical to your health and well-being and enhances your ability to respond in times of stress. This decreases the negative impact of stress and anxiety on your body.
