Are you suffering from “One Size Fits All” Syndrome? 

You’re not alone. If you’ve been struggling with a chronic disease, mystery illness, or just general lack of feeling good, you could be suffering from One Size Fits All Syndrome. It may sound like a joke, but trust me, it's a lethal and often fatal epidemic that is growing by leaps and bounds. Lifestyle related diseases are currently the most significant healthcare issue in our culture, killing more people every day than communicable epidemics, homocide, accidents and even acts of war. We no longer live in a social environment or structure that supports the most viable natural diet or lifestyle. Worse yet, it’s getting more and more challenging to figure out what true health and wellness even is.  I’m sure I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know.


Over the years working with clients who suffer from Lifestyle Disease I’ve realized a major part of the problem is they are suffering from what I call "One Size Fits All" Syndrome.  Despite your best intention to feel well, look well, and be well, you may be contributing to your own demise by attempting to fit into a box that just isn’t your box. You know the box...the one that says "10 foods that you NEED to eat everyday" or "never eat these 5 foods again"... or how about the one that says, "suffering from acid reflux? Take the little purple pill". It's easy to become trapped by the marketing when you're suffering. 

Consequently, you end up following a one-size-fits-all dietary intervention, one-size-fits-all pharmaceutical intervention, one-size-fits-all physical activity, and so on. The result is that instead of feeling better, you end up feeling worse.

The truth is, one size most definitely does not fit all. This is especially true where influences of lifestyle are concerned. For your own health’s sake and for your sanity, it is now more important than ever to learn to listen to YOUR own body and identify YOUR distinct and personal needs.

The truth is, YOUR road to health and wellness is dictated by your metabolic function which is as unique as your fingerprint. That means, how YOU respond to nutrients, exercise, environmental influences, even medications, drugs, and alcohol is completely individual and unique to YOU. 

I have worked with many, many clients over the years in various venues and formats, helping them identify their individual roadmap to optimal health.

I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are designed to feel good in our bodies, to have strong and balanced moods/minds, and to feel a connection with the cycles of life.

I also know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we are not designed to count calories endlessly, spend long arduous hours in a gym, or struggle with weight, mood, and general overall health in the way that most of us currently do.

How do I know this? First and foremost, I know it because of personal experience. Secondly, I know it because I have made it my educational and professional mission to compile, investigate, and conduct comprehensive research on the topic of optimal human health and wellness. I've become committed to helping people break out of the One Size Fits All Syndrome and find their own unique road to health and well-being.
