Okay, so not necessarily a "women's cinema" movie since it doesn't deal directly with women or women's topics, however, from a power standpoint this movie is FANTASTIC!  I was continually inspired and moved by the message of leadership and how to inspire others. The acting was fabulous and Clint Eastwood delivered some amazing cinema!

I highly recommend this film especially if you are in a position where you are trying to make some life changes.
