Here's me:

What happens when we live a life that is open to joy and beauty? What happens when we speak a resounding 'Yes!' to the moments that move us beyond words, beyond breath? I believe we begin to heal, to integrate and to thrive. We begin to live a life that is "on purpose" and filled with passion.

I'm a Body Focused Psychologist, specializing in Mind/Body Medicine which includes nutritional consulting, food coaching, conscious eating, integrated bodywork, and cultivating sensory awareness.

I'm passionate about helping people 'come back to their senses' as a way of healing, integrating and creating lives that feel full and beautiful.  Experiencing and living beauty leads to happiness, health and well-being. Happier people lead to happier communities and happier communities lead to a happier planet. I love this planet!

I am passionate about helping people feel fabulous in their skin and find their own unique way in the world. My focus is helping you build your life in a way that lets you keep doing the things you love and excel in the areas that feel alive. Life is an adventure and the ups and downs are all part of the ride. I believe having a healthy, happy body/mind/spirit makes the ride more enjoyable, the ups are more up and the downs, well, just not as down. Treat your WholeSelf well, you never know when you might want it to do something extraordinary!
