Despite the common one-size-fits-all belief that is pervasive throughout the medical system and even in the health and fitness world, you and I know better. There is no such thing as a one size fits all plan for the human body. There is no single 'correct' diet, exercise, or strategy for health and well-being.
Your metabolism, your nervous system, and all the rest of you for that matter, are as unique as your fingerprint.

Lifestyle medicine consists of integrating a varitye of evidence based therapeutic modalities to mitigate and reverse lifestyle related disease and chronic illness.
I work from the premise that:
- Food, mood, and movement are the pillars to optimal health
- Body, mind, and soul need to be included in the plan for wellness.
- You are the author of your own wellness plan and personal medicine... you just need a little help bringing it to life.
Utilizing a combination of approaches including dietary guidance/food as medicine with emphasis on a traditional diet and nutrient dense foods, somatic movement, stress management, neuro-limbic integration, and creative soul support my goal is to help you recover your mental, emotional, physical, and soul health.
Our work together begins with an initial assessment of your current diet and lifestyle and any physical/emotional/mental/spiritual health issues you may be experiencing. Once we’ve created our baseline of needs, we will begin gathering the tools necessary to facilitate recovery and healing.
Together we will identify your ancestrally appropriate diet and work towards integrating optimal traditional food choices into your modern kitchen. Additionally, we will identify sustainable movement patterns to help your body gain strength and flexibility. Eating well and moving your body go a long way towards balancing your moods and emotions but there’s always room for managing stress and cultivating deeper connection with your mind/body/soul.
